Bone UpTM Class for Osteoporosis

Date: Mondays 6:30-7:30, Fridays 12:30 - 1:30

Location: Westside Dance Physical Therapy

Exercise safely and comprehensively without worry! Classes focus on improving balance, building bone, and increasing overall strength and endurance with an emphasis on body alignment to ensure safety regardless of past or present injury. All skill levels are welcome to participate! If you are skeptical of other group classes that may not address your specific needs, join in on a group class with an instructor who is a licensed physical therapist.
